The Slipdate publisher
A private publishing tool that uploads videos to its owner's own YouTube channels. It is run by that owner for those channels only: it signs in no one else, offers no sign-in to the public, and has no other users.
What it does with YouTube
Through the YouTube API Services, with the owner signed in to each of their channels:
- Uploads each video the owner has reviewed and approved, with its title, description, tags and thumbnail, and marks it as containing altered or synthetic content (the narration is a synthetic voice).
- Reads the view, like and comment counts of the owner's own videos, and the owner's channels' subscriber counts, to see how the videos are doing.
It does nothing else on YouTube: it does not read, collect or store anything about viewers or any other channel, and it does not comment, like or subscribe.
